Delivery & returns

• Cost: free on every order, with tracking.
• UK: 7–12 days from your order.
• Christmas:
• Outside the UK: 8–15 working days.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back for a refund, for any reason. (Your legal right to cancel is 14 days; we give you 30.)

We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of getting the set back or of you showing us proof of postage. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty.

If the set arrives faulty or damaged, contact us straight away with your order number and a photo. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply on top of the 14 days above, and we pay the return postage for faulty items.
