Changed your mind? You have 30 days
If you live in the UK or EU, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day it is delivered (your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). We give you longer: 30 days from delivery to return it for any reason.
- Tell us within 30 days of delivery. Email support@lazerblitz.com with your order number, or use the form at the end of this policy. A clear statement is enough; you don't have to give a reason.
- Send the set back within 14 days of telling us, to: Lazer Blitz, 5 Greenloan View, Larkhall ML9 2LP, United Kingdom.
- Return postage: you pay the cost of returning it, unless the item is faulty.
Please return the set with all 4 taggers and 4 chest pods. You can open the box and try it as you would in a shop. If it has been used more than that, or parts are missing or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
Your refund
We refund the price you paid plus the standard delivery charge (delivery is free, so there is usually none) within 14 days of receiving the set back, or of you showing us proof of postage, whichever is sooner. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
Faulty or damaged
If the set arrives faulty or damaged, or develops a fault, contact us at support@lazerblitz.com with your order number and a photo or short video. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can:
- reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery;
- after that, ask for a repair or replacement, and if that fails, a refund (which may be reduced after 6 months to reflect use).
We pay the return postage for faulty items. These rights are in addition to the 30-day returns above.
Orders outside the UK and EU
The same 30-day returns apply. Contact us first at support@lazerblitz.com and we'll give you the return address.
