These terms apply when you buy from Lazer Blitz at lazerblitz.com. Please read them before you order.

1. Who we are

Lazer Blitz is run by Lazer Blitz, 5 Greenloan View, Larkhall ML9 2LP, United Kingdom. Email: support@lazerblitz.com.

2. The product

We sell the Lazer Blitz 4-Player Laser Tag Set: 4 infrared taggers and 4 light-up chest pods with digital hit counters. It uses infrared light; there is no laser beam and nothing is fired. Photos show the product as accurately as we can; colours on screen can vary slightly. Follow the instructions and any age and safety guidance supplied with the set.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency. UK prices include VAT. Prices outside the UK don't include import duties or local taxes, which your customs service may charge on arrival. Delivery is free. We take payment when you place your order. If we made an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.

4. Your order

After you order, we email a confirmation. The contract is formed when we email to say your order has shipped. We may decline an order (for example if the item is unavailable or we suspect fraud); if we do, we refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery is free and tracked. UK orders usually arrive in 7–12 days. See our Shipping policy for other countries. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, you can cancel and get a full refund.

6. Cancelling and returns

You can return the set within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Faulty items are covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details are in our Returns and refunds policy.

7. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, and nothing affects your statutory rights.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If you have a complaint, email support@lazerblitz.com first and we'll try to resolve it.
